Visakhapatnam students seek special JEE (Main) exam due to alleged convoy-induced delays; police challenge claims.

Students in Visakhapatnam have raised concerns after missing their JEE (Main) session 2 exam, attributing it to traffic disruptions caused by Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan’s convoy. They are now urging the National Testing Agency (NTA) for a special exam, claiming that the security arrangements for the convoy resulted in substantial delays. Contrary to these allegations, the police have denied any stoppages in traffic and have mentioned that the number of absentees was within the normal range. The students are hopeful that their request for a special exam will be considered by the NTA in light of the circumstances surrounding their absence from the crucial exam.
