In a historic first, 40 government school girls from Bhandara district in Maharashtra embarked on a journey to the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) in Bengaluru. The initiative aimed at inspiring young girls to pursue careers in science and technology was organized by NGO Shikshan Maharshi Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Foundation. The girls, who had never traveled outside their district before, were given the opportunity to visit ISRO’s facilities and interact with scientists and engineers.
