Chennai Traffic Alert: Major Diversions on GST Road for 3 Days; Plan Your Route Accordingly from April 20-22

Chennai Traffic Police have issued a traffic advisory for commuters in the city, with major diversions planned on GST Road from April 20 to April 22. The diversions are necessary to facilitate the construction of a 4-lane elevated corridor on the busy stretch. Motorists are advised that vehicles will be redirected through alternative routes including Cenotaph Road, Turnbulls Junction, and C.P. Ramaswamy Road during this period. To ensure the efficient flow of traffic, several roads will be converted to one-way routes, and parking will be strictly prohibited on designated stretches.
