Telangana Fire Disaster and Response Emergency and Civil Defence recently unveiled three ‘Rhyno Protect’ robotic firefighters and a state-of-the-art fire tender at HMDA Grounds in Hyderabad. These robots are specifically designed to brave extreme temperatures and can be controlled remotely, featuring high-definition and thermal imaging cameras for enhanced visibility. The cutting-edge rescue fire tender, imported from Slovenia, boasts over 100 top-of-the-line lifesaving rescue tools and equipment, making it a crucial addition to the firefighting arsenal in the region. The introduction of these advanced firefighting technologies underscores Telangana’s commitment to enhancing its firefighting capabilities and ensuring the safety and security of its residents.
