Telangana Fire Disaster and Response Emergency and Civil Defence recently unveiled three ‘Rhyno Protect’ robotic firefighters and a state-of-the-art fire tender at HMDA Grounds, Hyderabad. These robots, designed to endure high temperatures, can be controlled remotely and come with advanced features like high-definition and thermal imaging cameras. The hi-tech rescue fire tender, imported from Slovenia, boasts more than 100 top-of-the-line lifesaving rescue tools. This introduction marks a significant advancement in firefighting technology in the region, enhancing the capabilities of Telangana’s brave firefighters to combat emergencies effectively.
