Telangana Fire Disaster and Response Emergency and Civil Defence recently unveiled three ‘Rhyno Protect’ robotic firefighters and a state-of-the-art fire tender at HMDA Grounds in Hyderabad. These robots, designed to endure high temperatures, come with remote operation capabilities and are outfitted with high-definition and thermal imaging cameras, enhancing their firefighting efficiency. The technologically advanced rescue fire tender, sourced from Slovenia, boasts a comprehensive array of over 100 top-of-the-line lifesaving rescue equipment. This strategic move aims to bolster the firefighting capabilities in the region, ensuring a swift and effective response to emergencies.
