Former Karnataka DGP Om Prakash was reportedly killed by his wife, Pallavi, in their Bengaluru home. Pallavi stands accused of assaulting him with chilli powder and a knife after a dispute. The couple’s daughter, Kriti, is under investigation as well. Authorities are looking into longstanding family conflicts, such as a property disagreement and Pallavi’s mental wellbeing, as possible reasons for the crime.
