India’s Smart Cities Mission, which is approaching its 10th anniversary, has made significant progress by completing more than 90% of its projects, with an investment of Rs 1.50 lakh crore in 100 cities. States like Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Maharashtra are at the forefront in terms of expenditure, particularly focusing on urban mobility and sanitation. The primary goal of this initiative is to transform cities and enhance the quality of life by implementing advanced infrastructure and intelligent solutions.
