Dr. Shawn Frehner, a veterinarian from Nevada, was discovered deceased in Lake Mead after going missing following public anger over a video depicting him kicking a horse. He was facing serious charges of animal abuse for the episode concerning the horse known as Big Red. Authorities found Frehner’s truck and personal items close to the reservoir where he was found.
