On Easter Sunday, a significant day in the Christian calendar, Vice President Vance expressed his condolences on the passing of Pope Francis, referring to him as a "beloved shepherd." The following day, Vance and his family were spotted at the Swaminarayan Akshardham Temple, with their children—Ewan, Vivek, and Mirabel—attired in traditional Indian clothing: kurta-pyjamas for the boys and a vibrant Anarkali outfit for their sister. The family's itinerary includes visits to a handicrafts emporium and plans to tour Delhi, Jaipur, and Agra during the vice president's four-day visit to India.
