In the aftermath of the tragic terrorist attack in Pahalgam resulting in casualties among tourists, BJP leader N Ramchander Rao has pointed fingers at a “foreign hand” behind the incident, denouncing it as a barbaric act. Rao called for a unified stance from all political parties against terrorism.
