Renowned entrepreneur Elon Musk has revealed his plans to scale back his participation in the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) from May onwards, a decision that aligns with Tesla’s recent financial performance. The electric vehicle giant reported a significant 71% decline in profits along with a 9% decrease in revenue. Industry experts suggest that the drop in Tesla’s sales can be linked, at least in part, to Musk’s contentious involvement with DOGE, which has stirred up protests and incidents of vandalism.
