Goa police have apprehended Mohammad Sameer, a resident of Kerala, on charges of being in possession of more than 110g of high micro-LSD liquid valued at an estimated Rs 11 crore. Sameer, the proprietor of a guesthouse in Baga, was ensnared in a police sting operation as he tried to peddle the LSD to an undercover customer.
