Goan tourists stranded in Srinagar after Pahalgam terror attack; efforts underway for safe return.

Over 50 tourists from Goa are currently stranded in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, following a terrorist attack in Pahalgam that claimed the lives of 26 individuals. According to officials, tour operators have ensured the safety of all tourists who are currently accommodated in local hotels. The groups of tourists had scheduled visits to Baisaran, the location of the attack. However, due to limited flight availability and a landslide in Jammu, efforts to repatriate them have been hindered, causing delays in their return.
