Suzuki Motor Corporation and Maruti Suzuki India Limited have announced the establishment of the Osamu Suzuki Centre of Excellence (OSCOE) in Gujarat and Haryana, in honor of the late Osamu Suzuki. The primary objective of this initiative is to propagate Japanese manufacturing practices across India, not limited to the automotive industry, but also to bolster the capabilities of component manufacturers.
