Suzuki Motor Corporation and Maruti Suzuki India Limited are set to establish the Osamu Suzuki Centre of Excellence (OSCOE) in Gujarat and Haryana as a tribute to the late Osamu Suzuki. The primary goal of this collaboration is to propagate Japanese manufacturing methodologies across India, not limited to the automotive industry, but also focusing on improving the expertise of component suppliers to bolster India’s standing in global manufacturing. This strategic move is aimed at enhancing India’s manufacturing capabilities and competitiveness on a global scale.
