The budget is geared towards bolstering industries, boosting employment, and enhancing public welfare, while also reinforcing coastal patrols and defense measures. This financial plan includes a previously announced assistance package. Additionally, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC) has announced intentions to make a significant $100 billion investment in the United States.
