According to the guidelines, all travelers must submit a self-declaration form on the online Air Suvidha portal before their scheduled travel. They must also upload a negative RT-PCR test report conducted within 72 hours of the journey. Additionally, passengers arriving without a negative test report will have to undergo mandatory quarantine for 14 days. The guidelines also state that passengers coming from the United Kingdom, Europe, and the Middle East must undergo self-paid confirmatory molecular tests upon arrival. These new rules are part of the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and its variants in the country.
