A bomb threat on an Allegiant Air flight at Florida’s St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport caused an evacuation and temporary shutdown. The threat, discovered in a lavatory, resulted in the grounding of all Allegiant aircraft at the airport. Authorities conducted extensive sweeps, but no explosives were found. The airport returned to normal operations by Friday night, although investigations are still ongoing.
