Indian Banks to Remain Closed on April 26th, 29th, and 30th for RBI Weekend Closure and State Holidays

Indian banks, both public and private sectors, will remain closed on Saturday, April 26th, 2025, following the Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) bi-monthly weekend closure policy. Furthermore, banks in Himachal Pradesh will be shut on April 29th in observance of Bhagwan Shri Parshuram Jayanti, while Karnataka banks will be closed on April 30th for Basava Jayanti and Akshaya Tritiya. This closure is part of the regular banking holiday schedule in India. Customers are advised to plan their banking transactions accordingly to avoid inconvenience.
