In a remarkable feat, Prabhsimran Singh of Punjab Kings created history by becoming the first uncapped batter to exceed 1000 IPL runs. His outstanding performance of 83 runs against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), supported by Priyansh Arya's 69 runs, led PBKS to a commanding total of 201/4. Prabhsimran's milestone achievement and Arya's stellar debut season have further strengthened Punjab's top-order batting lineup as they strive towards clinching their maiden IPL championship.
