Bitcoin Forecasted to Reach $200K in 2025, Following Power Law Model and Gold Trends, Analysts Predict

Bitcoin price has surged 11% this week, marking its best weekly return in 2025 and the highest seven-day growth since early November 2024. Reaching $95,000 on April 25 for the first time since Feb. 24, Bitcoin is showing strong momentum. 21st Capital co-founder Sina highlighted that Bitcoin has reclaimed the power-law price, indicating a positive trend. The power law model forecasts a potential price target of $200,000 for Bitcoin in Q4 2025. Based on Sina’s Bitcoin Quantile Model, BTC is on track to hit $130,000 and $163,000 before the end of 2025. The model suggests that Bitcoin is currently in the accumulation phase and may soon enter an acceleration zone, targeting $106,000, $130,000, and $163,000 in the coming months. Additionally, an anonymous analyst predicted a price target of over $200,000 for Bitcoin in 2025 based on historical four-year cycles and a power curve trendline analysis. The analyst emphasized the potential for a strong performance in Q3 and Q4 of 2025. The correlation between Bitcoin and gold prices also indicates a potential rally, with Bitcoin outperforming gold in certain periods. As gold has been leading but recently dropped 6% while Bitcoin gained 11%, Bitcoin might take the lead in the near future. The weakening US Dollar Index (DXY) also suggests a bullish outlook for Bitcoin, historically triggering rallies in risk assets. Analysts point out that a declining DXY is favorable for Bitcoin, potentially leading to a parabolic bull run. This article provides insights into the cryptocurrency market trends and potential price forecasts, emphasizing the need for individual research and caution in investment decisions.
