Delhi Police recently arrested Jigneshsinh Parmar, a 21-year-old engineering student from Gujarat, for reportedly sending threatening emails to former BJP MP and men’s cricket team head coach Gautam Gambhir. Parmar’s family has stated that he suffers from mental health problems. The threatening emails were sent on April 22, coinciding with the Pahalgam terror attack. The investigation into this matter is still underway.
