The Enforcement Directorate (ED) recently carried out search operations at five different locations in Hyderabad as part of its probe into the land transactions associated with the case involving IAS officer D Amoy Kumar. The searches were specifically aimed at individuals mentioned in the FIR filed at Maheswaram police station, such as Munawar Khan and Khaderunnisa. The investigation is centered around suspicions of fraudulent property registration and tampering of revenue records concerning a contentious 42-acre land parcel in Nagaram village. The ED’s actions are part of a broader effort to uncover any potential financial irregularities and illegal activities in connection with this case.
