“ED raids Hyderabad sites linked to IAS officer Amoy Kumar case over land transaction irregularities”

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) recently carried out searches at five locations in Hyderabad as part of an investigation into land transactions associated with the case of IAS officer D Amoy Kumar. The searches were aimed at individuals mentioned in the FIR filed at Maheswaram police station, specifically targeting Munawar Khan and Khaderunnisa. The probe centers around suspected fraudulent property registrations and tampering of revenue records concerning a contentious 42-acre land in Nagaram village. The ED’s actions are part of efforts to uncover any potential financial irregularities and misconduct in the case.
