The Enforcement Directorate (ED) recently carried out searches at five different locations in Hyderabad as part of an ongoing investigation into land transactions associated with the case involving IAS officer D Amoy Kumar. The searches were aimed at individuals mentioned in the FIR filed at Maheswaram police station, particularly targeting Munawar Khan and Khaderunnisa. The probe is centered around suspected fraudulent property registrations and the manipulation of revenue records concerning a contentious 42-acre land parcel in Nagaram village. The ED’s actions are part of a wider effort to uncover any potential financial irregularities and illegal activities related to this case.
