The Enforcement Directorate (ED) recently carried out searches at five different locations in Hyderabad as part of an investigation connected to the case of IAS officer D Amoy Kumar. The searches were specifically aimed at probing land transactions associated with individuals mentioned in the FIR filed at Maheswaram police station, such as Munawar Khan and Khaderunnisa. The focus of the investigation revolves around suspected fraudulent property registrations and alleged manipulation of revenue records pertaining to a contentious 42-acre land parcel situated in Nagaram village.
