Man assaulted on train for watching reel on Pahalgam attack; accused make anti-India remarks. GRP investigates.

A 23-year-old man was reportedly abused and physically attacked on a Bhopal-Indore passenger train for viewing a video related to the Pahalgam terror incident. The victim faced verbal harassment from two unidentified individuals who also made derogatory remarks about India and its Constitution. The perpetrators even went as far as threatening to push the victim off the train while it was in motion. The Government Railway Police (GRP) has taken cognizance of the matter and has initiated an investigation into the incident. The authorities are utilizing CCTV footage from the train to identify the culprits behind this assault. The victim’s safety and well-being are of utmost importance, and the authorities are working diligently to ensure that justice is served in this case of violence and intimidation on public transportation.
