In a shocking incident in Paris, the daughter and grandson of Pierre Noizat, the CEO of French crypto exchange Paymium, thwarted a kidnapping attempt by three masked men. The assailants tried to force Noizat’s daughter and her son into a waiting van in Paris’ 11th district. Despite the male partner being assaulted, Noizat’s daughter managed to resist, taking a gun from one of the attackers and throwing it away. Passersby intervened, prompting the assailants to flee in a van later found nearby. The victims sustained injuries and were hospitalized. The failed kidnapping is under investigation by the French Ministry of the Interior.
