Khosla Ka Ghosla 2 moves to March 5, 2027, with returning cast
Anupam Kher and Boman Irani return as Khosla Ka Ghosla 2 gets a March 5, 2027 theatrical date, announced with a new poster.
Khosla Ka Ghosla 2 gets a new theatrical date
Khosla Ka Ghosla 2 is now scheduled to reach cinemas on March 5, 2027. The makers announced the revised date with a fresh poster, moving the Anupam Kher and Boman Irani comedy sequel beyond its previously planned August 2026 release. Moneycontrol reported the announcement on October 14, while Bollywood Hungama independently published the new date the same morning.
The update concerns a confirmed change in the film’s release calendar. It does not announce a new sequel or a separate production: the Khosla family’s return was already in the works. For viewers following the film, March 5 is the date attached to the latest announcement.

Kher shared the poster on Instagram and expressed affection for the character audiences have continued to associate with him. Moneycontrol reported his message about returning as Khosla Saab and facing Khurana again, framing the sequel as another contest between the two characters.
Bollywood Hungama identifies their returning roles as Kamal Kishore Khosla and property dealer Kishan Khurana. The original 2006 film, directed by Dibakar Banerjee, followed a middle-class Delhi family caught in a property dispute. That earlier premise supplies the context for the reunion; it should not be mistaken for a complete synopsis of the new film.

Ranvir Shorey, Parvin Dabas, Tara Sharma and Kiran Juneja are among the returning performers. The announced ensemble also includes Ravi Kishan and Divya Khossla. Bollywood Hungama names Prashant Bhagia as the director and lists Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Savita Raj Hiremath and Raaj Hiremath among the producers, with T-Series Films and Tandav Films backing the project.
The full storyline has not been disclosed, according to Bollywood Hungama. The new poster and Kher’s message suggest another property-centred clash, but detailed plot claims would go beyond what has been announced. The concrete update remains the revised theatrical date: March 5, 2027.
