Police in Nagpur have apprehended Faizan Khatib, a member of an Islamist outfit, and his associate Shahbaz Qazi following a 10-day manhunt post the recent riots. Khatib, who had been hiding in Akola, returned to Nagpur to celebrate Eid when he was nabbed. CCTV footage connects him to inciting violence during the riots.
