Goa police apprehended Mohammad Sameer, a resident of Kerala, on charges of being in possession of more than 110g of high micro-LSD liquid valued at Rs 11 crore. The arrest of Sameer, who operated a guesthouse in Baga, was made during a sting operation as he tried to sell LSD to an undercover customer.
